Overview
EchoAI membership is an optional paid service that unlocks premium benefits in the EchoAI Android app. By purchasing, renewing, or using a membership, you agree to this Membership Agreement, the Terms of Use, and the purchase terms displayed in Google Play at checkout.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include premium companion access, extended chat benefits, exclusive posters, member visual experiences, bonus coins, or other paid app features shown in EchoAI. Available benefits can vary by version, region, store listing, or promotional period.
Subscription Plans
EchoAI may offer weekly, monthly, seasonal, annual, or other subscription periods. The plan name, price, billing cycle, renewal timing, and included benefits are displayed before purchase in Google Play. You should review the checkout screen carefully before confirming payment.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through Google Play. Your Google Play account will be charged according to the selected subscription period and the store rules that apply in your region.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription through Google Play subscription management. Deleting EchoAI from your device does not cancel an active subscription. After cancellation, membership benefits usually remain available until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests and refund eligibility are handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies and local law. EchoAI does not control Google Play refund decisions.
Coins and Digital Items
EchoAI may provide coins through direct coin purchases, membership bonus coins, promotional grants, or other in-app rewards. Coins are digital items used inside EchoAI for app actions such as messages, image uploads, background unlocks, or other premium experiences. Coins have no cash value, are not legal currency, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or redeemed outside EchoAI.
Changes to Benefits
EchoAI may update membership benefits, coin amounts, feature availability, pricing, or plan structure. Changes will be shown in the app or store flow where required. Material changes will not affect benefits already required by an active paid period unless permitted by applicable law or store policy.
Access Issues
If membership benefits are not visible after purchase, make sure you are using the same Google Play account used for the purchase and that the app has network access. Store confirmation and entitlement updates may take a short time to appear.
Termination
We may suspend or limit membership benefits if the app is used in violation of the Terms of Use, this Membership Agreement, store policies, or applicable law.
Agreement Updates
We may update this Membership Agreement when EchoAI features, Android store requirements, subscription plans, or legal obligations change. The updated agreement will show a new effective date.
