These Terms govern your use of EchoAI, an Android AI companion application for adults 18 years of age or older.

Acceptance of Terms

By using EchoAI, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Membership terms are part of your premium purchase experience. Review the EchoAI Membership Agreement before subscribing.

Age Requirement

EchoAI is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the app.

Service Description

EchoAI provides AI companion chat, companion profiles, favorite lists, dream posters, visual skins, coins, and optional membership benefits. Content generated by AI may be fictional, incomplete, or inaccurate. EchoAI is not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice service.

Acceptable Use

  • Use EchoAI only for lawful personal entertainment and productivity purposes.
  • Do not use EchoAI to harass, exploit, threaten, defame, or harm any person.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, or compromise the app or related systems.
  • Do not submit content involving minors, illegal activity, non-consensual sexual content, or instructions for violence or serious harm.

Coins and Paid Features

EchoAI may require coins for messages, image uploads, visual unlocks, or other app actions. Coin packs are digital items with no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the app. Prices and available packs may change and are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions

EchoAI may offer memberships with recurring subscription periods and premium benefits. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through Google Play. See the Membership Agreement for detailed subscription terms.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you choose to enter or save in EchoAI. You should not submit private, confidential, illegal, or unsafe information. Local content may be removed if you clear app data or uninstall the app.

Intellectual Property

EchoAI, including its interface, visual design, text, icons, and app experience, is owned by EchoAI or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes.

Availability and Changes

EchoAI may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms when the app, store rules, or legal requirements change.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoAI is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
